Product Availability And Pricing
If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Sale Of Settings Without Center Diamonds
Our settings are available for purchase only when combined with the purchase of a diamond. Blank or empty Demo.idealdiamondsolutions.com settings are not available for individual purchase.

View Your Diamonds Before It Is Set
If you prefer, you can view your diamond before it's set. Once you purchase and receive your Demo.idealdiamondsolutions.com diamond, send it back to us and we will create your custom ring for you. We'll pay the shipping charges for delivery of your diamond, and your finished ring. View our Return Instructions.
Ring Size
If your Demo.idealdiamondsolutions.com ring does not fit, we will resize it free of charge within 45 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 10-14 business days.
Custom Jewelry
At this time, we do not alter our jewelry. You can, however, combine your choice of settings and certified diamonds to create a unique ring, pendant or pair of earrings.
Payment Methods
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
- Credit cards: Use your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.
- Bank wire : Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 1.5% discount. Bank wire payments are accepted on orders of $750 or more.
Policy On Debit Cards
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.
As an alternative, you can :
- Continue your order via wire transfer and receive a 1.5% discount. A wire transfer is a simple process of contacting your bank to have funds moved from your bank to ours and is available for orders of $750 or more. It works on the same principle as your debit card, but requires some direct communication with your bank to allow for a larger transaction. We'll send you the easy instructions. It may require a few days for your bank to transfer your funds.
- Continue your order using a credit card. If you order before noon, your order will begin processing today.
- Contact your bank and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit.
Gift Certificate Policies
For security purposes, when you redeem your gift certificate online, we require that you use a credit card. This helps us ensure your identity, and protects against fraudulent use of your gift certificate. Your credit card will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount of your gift certificate. If you do not wish to use a credit card to redeem your gift certificate, call customer service at 866-441-1278.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, and are not transferable. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases under the same Gift Certificate Number. Demo.idealdiamondsolutions.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. At any time, you can view your gift certificate balance.
Demo.idealdiamondsolutions.com gift certificates are redeemable only at http://demo.idealdiamondsolutions.com. Certificate cash value is, 1/10 of one cent. Gift certificates and unused portions expire on the date listed on your printed gift certificate, or the date listed in your gift certificate e-mail (does not apply to California or where prohibited by law).
Shipments Are Insured
We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Demo.idealdiamondsolutions.com orders over $750, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx.
Alternate Shipping Addresses
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
International Shipments

Saturday Delivery
If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. FedEx Saturday Service, available in the vast majority of US cities, is subject to availability. If Saturday Service is unavailable in your area, we can arrange for you to pick up your package at the FedEx World Service Center nearest you. Diamond Certificates
When you order a loose diamond, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are lengthy, detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of two highly-respected diamond laboratories — making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond.
If you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.
Laser Inscriptions
Many of our diamonds, such as those in our Demo.idealdiamondsolutions.com Signature Collection, are laser inscribed. If you find a diamond you'd like to purchase but it does not have a laser inscription, we recommend that you purchase the diamond and send it to a diamond grading lab where they can inscribe the diamond for you.
Sales Tax
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York State.

Easy Returns

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly.
